JANUARY MESSAGE from an OT: HABITS, Routines, and Rituals
When you wake up in the morning, say 3 things that are good about your life. The Universe is listening and will give you more of the good stuff. Do this every day before you open your eyes, before you reach for your phone, before you get out of bed.

For deeper understanding of complementary health approaches, she became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. Elizabeth is also Master Reiki trained through Tula Yoga at the Restorative Center. In 2018, she received her certification to teach Tai Chi for Rehabilitation through the Tai Chi for Health Institute by Dr. Paul Lam.
