Group classes include yoga, chair yoga, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Qi Gong, or meditation to rebalance the body and restore the diaphragm. Every time you hold your phone, you hold your breath. Let's reset and breathe.
Individual sessions are available for Occupational Therapy to address physical, mental, or spiritual blocks. Sensory supported interventions are provided for children to rebalance their nervous system.

Thank you for your interest in OTherapYoga, LLC. My name is Elizabeth Bentz, and I run a private practice in Berks County, PA.
​
OTherapYoga provides occupational therapy and therapeutic yoga, dedicated to bringing relief and rehabilitation. Services begin with an evaluation to determine level of need for occupational therapy, yoga, or Tai Chi for Rehabilitation.

The Mission of OTherapYoga is to balance physical and spiritual health through occupational therapy and complementary health approaches
