Thank you for your interest in OTherapYoga. My name is Elizabeth Bentz, and I run a private practice in Berks County, PA.
OTherapYoga provides occupational therapy and therapeutic yoga, dedicated to bringing relief and rehabilitation. Services begin with an evaluation to determine level of need for occupational therapy, yoga, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, or Reiki.
The Mission of OTherapYoga is to balance physical and spiritual health through occupational therapy and complementary health approaches
